We were challenged to deliver a bold corporate message for the Post Office, focussing on the company direction for the next five years.
We needed to impact across the company, resonating with the Post Office senior leaders, new management team and a thousand postmasters.
Thread created a unique tented village at Warwick Castle with five themed satellite areas, the main auditorium and a theatrical opening ceremony. Our event focussed on motivating and uniting employees, making each one feel valued as an important part of the company team.
The five-year plan is on track, and we also completed a midway event for 1,600 delegates.
