BT’s ability to offer an integrated nationwide infrastructure allows it to fuel the growth of smart payments across the whole transport industry, potentially making successive plans for an ‘integrated transport system’ more than just a pipe dream. Its experience in large-scale integration enables BT to offer savings to operators as well as flexibility and convenience to customers.
The launch is a complex communications challenge; there are multiple target audiences, each of which requires tailored proposition and its own media mix, plus the generic issue of trying to engage those audiences in an increasingly noisy marketplace.
