Jungheinrich has evolved from a manufacturer of industrial trucks to a company that works for all logistical demands. Their company philosophy is based on trust, knowledge and reliability.

Jungheinrich felt that there was a need to re-engage and inspire employees with the vision of the company. With their 800 employees scattered across several UK sites, the challenge to bring company uniformity was large.
Working with a very committed Executive Team we interviewed employees to establish the shortfalls in management practice. We then created and implemented people processes which included training, communication and performance planning.

Jungheinrich were delighted with the result: they felt that productivity and company coherency were greatly improved, and a quarter of their employees felt a marked increase in satisfaction with improved staff retention saving the company over £300,000.
