RBS

Thread was asked to design a team-building day for the Life Executive Committee and support teams of the Royal Bank of Scotland. The day needed to challenge skills and capabilities while encouraging collaboration in a new and unfamiliar setting.

 

We came up with a real treat: one day with TV celebrity chef, Gino D’Acampo at his London restaurant. Gino divided the directors into teams and challenged them to create a four-course meal for their sixty special RBS guests.

 

 

Afterward, one of the participants described it as “the hardest work I have experienced, but the most fulfilling, rewarding fun.”

 

The day was a real success of fantastic food and enjoyment which ultimately reinforced a sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the company.
